  • Framed, aged certificate titled “Military General Hospital Unit No. 64,” featuring a winged caduceus at the top. The document states it represents Louisiana State University School of Medicine, called to active service July 15th, 1942, and displays a handwritten roster. Names are grouped into labeled sections including Medical, Surgical, Dental, Laboratory, X‑Ray, Administrative sections, and Chaplains on yellowed parchment with visible wear.

    64th General Hospital Roster

  • A framed black-and-white portrait mounted on a light mat with a dark outer frame. The photograph shows a seated white man wearing a light-colored medical coat over a shirt and dark tie, with legs crossed and one arm resting across the lap.
