In addition to reporting on general current events and school-specific news, regular columns include: Book Reviews, Theater Listings, Freshman Class News, News of the Faculty, Socials, Tiger Talk, Sports, and Test Your Medical Knowledge.

Of particular interest is the "History of Charity Hospital" column found in Volume 1, Numbers 1-13, and "Interesting Case Reports" found in all issues.
