The Louisiana Tumor Registry (LTR) is pleased to present Cancer in Louisiana, Volume 11, which provides statewide statistics on cancer incidence and mortality for the years 1991 through 1995. This monograph is the fruition of the considerable effort and contributions of staff from the LTR central office, regional registries, hospital registries and other reporting facilities throughout Louisiana. These data have met rigorous criteria for completeness of reporting, non-duplication of records and internal consistency among data items.
