Abstract
Cervicogenic headaches are a very common cause of headache pain. With advancing technology that is constantly evolving, simulations and emerging technologies will enable the practitioner to have increased accuracy and subsequently improved patient outcomes when using RFA. There are various treatment strategies for treating these types of headaches that follow a least invasive to most invasive approach ranging from physiotherapy, anesthetics, and surgical approaches. One of these treatment approaches includes MBBs and if successful, is typically subsequently followed by RFA. They can also be used in conjunction with epidural, steroid injections, and oral anesthetics if needed for a synergistic effect.
