Alternate title from 1973 paperwork with the sculptor: In Search of the Unicorn

This piece originally included at least one large figural sculpture which were lost in Hurricane Katrina as they were on display on the 1st floor of the Dental Administration Building.

Biographical Information

Harris Sorrelle (1929-1997) was a Memphis based sculpture.

Historical Information

Sculpture was installed on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building of the City Park Campus around the time of it's creation.

During the renovation of the Administration building, it was deemed too large to be removed and has been boxed and is still on the floor. It will be reinstalled when renovations are complete.
