Surgery Research Symposium

The 2nd Annual Research Symposium was held May 9, 2024 and was hosted by Valentine Nfonsam, MD, Omeed Moaven, MD, Herbert A. Phelan, MD and Alison A. Smith, MD. It once again featured work by the Department of Surgery's students, residents and fellow via presentations and posters.

The symposium featured original scientific work completed by the Department of Surgery's students, residents, and fellows. This work showcases the creative and diverse interests of the Department's research portfolio.
