Abstract
This presentation covers ADA Title II/Section 508 accessibility standards for digital content and common formatting tools used to make electronic documents accessible. Attendees learn how documents interact with machine readers, the basic requirements needed for accessibility, and explore the tools and processes found in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The session includes a live demo applying accessibility formatting to both born-digital and scan-to-PDF documents.
