The article discusses how to appropriately manage radiology request in the radiology department to support effective triage. Also cited are the key role played by the lead radiologic technologist or radiology manager in ensuring correct examination request, and the common examination requests like magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, and computed tomography (CT).
